We are seeking Appliance Installation & Service Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your appliance expertise and experience will drive your success as you troubleshoot complex issues, interpret schematics, and deliver top-tier service.
Responsibilities
Diagnose appliance malfunctions by thoroughly inspecting units and utilizing schematics and technical manuals
Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, andovens, with precision and efficiency
Conduct mechanical assessments to identify worn or damaged components requiring replacement or adjustment
Assemble appliances or parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function according to manufacturer specifications
Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience
Maintain detailed service records, including diagnostics performed, parts used,
and work completed for each job
Follow safety protocols rigorously during all repair activities to ensure a secure working setting
Requirements
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately
Knowledge related to major home appliances
No prior experience required. General know-how of trade is good.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
