Fast Food Restaurant Team Member — Job DescriptionPosition Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Fast Food Restaurant Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Prepare food and beverages according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and served promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Work cooperatively with other team members during busy periods.
Follow opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications




Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and friendly approach with customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an asset.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks.

Pay: minimum wage + tips

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
