We are a friendly, patient-focused dental clinic located in the heart of St. Catharines, committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice and provide outstanding service to our patients from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule and confirm appointments (by phone, email, and text)
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
Process insurance claims and payments accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain a clean, organized reception area

Requirements:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills




Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Paradigm ABELDent, Tracker, or similar) is an asset
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
