We’re looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician with residential solar experience to join our growing solar operations team. If you know your way around service panels, micro-generation installs, and clean, code-compliant work, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
Installing and commissioning residential solar PV systems
Main panel upgrades, sub-panels, breakers, and tie-ins
Working with micro-inverters, optimizers, and AC/DC wiring
Ensuring all work meets CEC, utility, and municipal requirements
Coordinating with installers, project managers, and inspectors
Troubleshooting and resolving electrical deficiencies when needed
What We’re Looking For
Valid Journeyman Electrician ticket (required)
Hands-on residential solar experience (required)
Robust understanding of micro-generation systems and net-metering
Comfortable working on rooftops and electrical panels
Clean, organized, and professional work habits
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience with APsystems, Enphase, or SolarEdge
Service upgrade and troubleshooting experience
Prior inspection or commissioning experience
