The Role
Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
Lead, motivate, and support the team
Help drive sales and achieve store KPIs
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Assist with training, onboarding, and team development
Support merchandising, inventory, and store standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Act as a key point of contact for the team when the Store Manager is unavailable

2+ years of retail sales or leadership experience
Robust communication and leadership skills
Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
Positive, energetic,
and solution-oriented attitude
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
