About Us

We're a Calgary-based culinary team operating a production kitchen and a high-end catering company built on the philosophy of Good Honest Food — real ingredients, in-house production, and genuine hospitality. Our catering arm, Salon, works with a discerning clientele across the city, including private events in high-profile homes. We take pride in the food we make and the standard we hold ourselves to.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled, dependable cook to split their time between our production kitchen and our catering operation. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced prep environment one day and represent our brand with polish and professionalism in a client's home the next. Baking and pastry skills are a definite asset.

What You'll Be Doing
Daily prep and production in our commissary kitchen
Executing catering events of varying scale, including private residential events
Baking and contributing to our scratch-made pastry and baked goods program
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times




Communicating clearly with the kitchen team and catering leads
Representing the company professionally in client-facing environments

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience
Robust knife skills and solid foundational technique
Baking experience is a plus — bread, pastry, or both
Impeccably clean, organized, and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and demeanor — you'll be working in clients' homes
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Food Secure certified (or willing to obtain)
