Richmond IDA Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Full time Sales Associate and Pharmacy Cashier to join our team.

Schedule
Applicants must be available to work weekdays (day shifts) and weekends.
Store hours are:
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sundays & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Scheduling will be based within these operating hours.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a positive, qualified attitude.
Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
Support the pharmacy team with customer service and workflow.
Stock shelves and maintain an organized, clean sales floor.
Answer telephone inquiries and direct customers appropriately.
Help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.
Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
Previous pharmacy experience is considered an asset.
