We're looking for a friendly, organized experienced Dental Administrator to join our team at Sahali Dental Centre!

In This Role You Will:
Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Process insurance claims and patient payments
Keep patient records accurate and up to date
Work closely with our clinical team to ensure each day runs smoothly
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is friendly, positive, and enjoys working with people
Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Has robust communication and customer service skills
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Has dental administration experience (preferred)
