We are seeking an experienced and fully licensed 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4+ years of experience after obtaining their 313A licence and be capable of working independently on complex HVAC/R equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, controls, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
Service and maintain commercial and industrial air-conditioning equipment.
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance.
Identify equipment failures and complete necessary repairs or component replacements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Test refrigeration and air-conditioning systems to ensure proper operation.
Work with compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, controls, piping, and related components.
Complete service reports and accurately document work performed.




Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and other technicians.
Follow all applicable safety procedures, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements
Valid Ontario 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence – mandatory.
Ideally 4+ years of experience as a licensed 313A Technician.
Strong experience with commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R systems.
Proven ability to install, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
Robust electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose problems independently and recommend appropriate repairs.
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Robust knowledge of refrigeration cycles, controls, and HVAC/R components.
Valid Ontario driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
Solid communication and customer-service skills.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
