In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring event premises, controlling access points, and responding swiftly to any security concerns. Your proactive approach will help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere for attendees, staff, and vendors alike.
Responsibilities
Maintain a visible and qualified security presence.
Monitor guests, entrances, exits, and event areas.
Assist with crowd management and maintain a secure environment.
Monitor for unauthorized access, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
Respond professionally to security concerns and emergencies.
Complete required reports and document any incidents.
Requirements
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
Valid Smart Serve Certificate.
Previous event security experience is an asset.
Skilled appearance and strong communication skills.
Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the shift.
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable working outdoors and overnight shifts.
Must be willing to travel to Burk’s Falls.
