Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and a solid understanding of medical terminology to ensure a safe and effective treatment experience.

Duties
Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment options, ensuring informed consent.
Utilize various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
Document client treatments and progress accurately in client records.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and aftercare advice.




Stay updated on industry trends and continue career development through training.

Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client needs and conditions.
Valid state license or certification in massage therapy is required.
