Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck (Flatbed) Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an operator you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all towing operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations.

2 different pay packages are available depending on your experience and motivation.

Duties
Operate Flat bed truck with wheel lift.
Respond promptly to calls for assistance and provide excellent customer service during each interaction.
Perform basic mechanical assessments on vehicles to determine the best towing method.
Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle condition and mileage.
Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order and conduct routine maintenance checks on the tow truck.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at job sites.





Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.
Robust customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients in stressful situations.
Valid commercial driving license (DZ) required for operating tow trucks.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
