KPI is recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator to support active construction and building improvement projects.
Core Scope
Coordinate design and engineering documentation
Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
Prepare scopes of work, contracts and purchase orders
Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
Review tenders, budgets and progress billings
Track schedules, deficiencies and project closeout
Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance
Requirements
3+ years of relevant construction or project coordination experience
Robust construction drawing interpretation skills
Relevant education, certification or technical training in construction, engineering, architectural technology, project management or a related discipline
Working knowledge of construction processes, contracts and building systems
