Duties:
Install, repair, and maintain various appliances,
Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues
Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance
Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs or replacements
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Appliance Technician or in a similar role is preferred
Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve appliance issues
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in repairs
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain repair processes
