ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and warmly assist hotel guests, providing personalized and professional service throughout their stay.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, transportation, and events.
Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, tickets, and other guest activities. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
Coordinate with Valet, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Services, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist with special occasions, VIP arrivals, celebrations, and customized guest requests. Assist guests with directions, packages, luggage arrangements, transportation, and other concierge-related services as required.




Build positive relationships with guests and provide service that reflects the hotel's standards and values.
Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality when handling personal information and requests. Maintain a high standard of professionalism, dress, uniform and body language.
Additional duties as assigned.

Excellent guests service and local knowledge.
Communication & organization. Multitasker in a quick-paced setting.
Problem-solving & professionalism. Keen attention to detail.
Excellent command of the English language both oral and written. Demonstrate customer service ethics and have a friendly and outgoing disposition.
Proven abilities in handling irate customers with effective resolutions.
An enthusiastic, self-directed team player with high level of adaptability to rapidly changing demands
HOURS: Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: $29.53-$30.53 per hour
