Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and during food handling processes
Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure quality presentation and timely service




Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in all aspects of food handling

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of guest services
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and transactions
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospitality setting while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and food preparation techniques
