Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
Ability to rough frame and provide a high standard of finish carpentry
Work well with the crew and take direction well from the lead carpenter
Site clean up when required

-Ability to preform all on site tasks like, hanging doors, crown moulding, installing windows, demolition, etc.
Ability to multi task
Ability to delegate tasks to labourers
Maintenance of qualified safety & behavior standards on our projects
Follow safety guidelines and ensure all power tools are used properly




Inspect work progress to ensure conformity to specifications

Skills:
Proficiency in blueprint reading
Ability to restore and build structures
Skilled in the use of power tools
Ability to fabricate various woodwork

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
carpentry: 2 years (preferred)
