Time: Night shift work – 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Work location: Lower Mainland Area Hourly Rate:$23/hr Job Type: Contractor -Job Requirements: 1. CPR Level C – Adult & Infant 2. Criminal Record Check 3. 2 Skilled References 4. 2 Personal References 5. Working with pregnant or postpartum women is an asset Job Description: Once hired you will be expected to complete the following: 1. Complete one-day of training, 2. Scope of practice: a. Support parents for the first 6 months after birth, b. Provide Breastfeeding & Bottle-Feeding Support, c. Newborn care techniques: i. calming & soothing for newborns, ii. safe sleep, caring for twins/triplets, d. Recognizing postpartum mood disorders.
