We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. This role is ideal for someone with solid organizational skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of garment care.
You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality control of cleaned garments, and maintaining a clean, effective, and customer-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the dry cleaning boutique, including opening and closing
Supervise and train staff on customer service and garment handling procedures
Inspect garments for quality control before and after cleaning
Manage order intake, tagging, and tracking of customer items
Coordinate dry cleaning and laundry processes to ensure timely turnaround
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special garment care requests
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and packaging materials
Handle scheduling,
sales tracking, and daily reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and garment care standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry services, or garment care preferred
Retail or customer service management experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate garments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of fabrics, stains, and cleaning techniques is highly desirable
