This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who brings strategic depth, practical delivery experience, and strong cultura competence, particularly working alongside Indigenous organizations, while also supporting private sector, government, and non-profit clients.
This position is remote, with periodic travel required tosupport client work, facilitation, and relationship-building.
As a Senior HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing leadership across complex people, culture, and organizational challenges. You will lead and contribute to projects that strengthen governance, build organizational capacity, and support sustainable growth—grounded in solid HR practice and culturally aligned approaches.
You will work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams that may include HR, finance, governance, and strategy specialists.

Qualified Qualifications
CPHR designation (required)
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior advisory or consulting roles
Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous organizations
Solid understanding of employment legislation, HR risk, and best practices within Canadian contexts
Experience with governance environments, public or community-based organizations, and/or federally funded entities is an asset
Relevant post-secondary education
