Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sandwich Maker/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team! Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality




Assist with maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within the restaurant or food industry
Strong cashiering skills with familiarity using a POS system
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and explicit communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Experience with upselling menu items to increase sales and enhance guest experience
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is highly desirable for understanding food prep procedures and safety protocols

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
