Duties
Operate excavators safely and efficiently across various construction sites, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Perform routine inspections of equipment before and after use, identifying maintenance needs or potential issues.
Dig trenches, foundations, and holes with precision to meet project specifications.
Load and unload materials, debris, or equipment as directed by project supervisors.
Assist with site preparation activities, including clearing land and leveling surfaces.
Maintain accurate logs of work performed, equipment usage, and safety checks.




Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow in office.

Experience
Proven experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery in construction or excavation settings.
Strong understanding of site safety procedures and equipment maintenance practices.
Ability to read blueprints or site plans is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and safety compliance.
Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is valued.
Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
