Prior experience in dental, especially with electronic records and multi-line phone systems, is highly valued. The front desk administration staff play a crucial role in maintaining smooth daily operations and providing exceptional patient service. This role is an excellent position for a dental assistant wanting to switch to an administrative role as there may also be sterilization and treatment planning involved.ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impressionManage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriatelyVerify patient information and update electronic medical records using systems such as AbeldentAssist patients with check-in and check-out procedures,
