The primary responsibilities will include managing and overseeing assigned operation’s team on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance. Responsible for executing all safety activitiesUphold frontline employee safety through the adherence of Safety Policy compliance and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities.Own execution and adherence to the Canadian Springs brand and relevant standards for all branch processes related to safety, customer service and order fulfillmentOversee all direct report “people management” processes and accountability,



to include hiring/retaining qualified team members and timely addressing of attendance/conduct/performance issuesPartner with peers and Regional Operations Manager to share best practices and leverage knowledge to help define future strategies and processes, including product and customer acquisition and upselling.QualificationsValid Class 3 driver's license (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment)Willingness to travel to Moncton or Saint John branch approximately 1x / week (gas mileage reimbursed)3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceHas demonstrated success in a number of diverse customer service and operations rolesExtensive experience managing operational delivery processesAbility to weigh tradeoffs to arrive at a solution that is acceptable for both the customer & businessExperience providing a high-level of customer serviceExcellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing and anticipating change and challengesExperience leading people towards performance and development goalsExperiences leading in a high safety focus cultureAbility to provide training & development to direct reports, coach performanceCompetent in performance feedback processes,



both written and verbalAbility to analyze data to evaluate and coach team members towards performance improvementCapacity to organize workflow, define activities, and meet commitmentsAbility to lift 50lbsCandidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
