Be a driving force at TIPI Partners as the Director of Finance and Administration in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. You'll ensure effective financial management, compliance, and administrative oversight.

This hands-on leadership position reports to the Executive Director and oversees a team of four. You will provide strategic direction across budgeting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and human resources. Your expertise in Indigenous governance will guide the organization toward achieving its objectives while maintaining robust community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial administration and compliance efforts
Manage daily office operations and vendor relations
Develop budgets and monitor expenditures
Prepare and present financial reports and audits
Coordinate recruitment and performance management

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in related fields
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Thorough knowledge of employment and financial regulations
Proven track record in Indigenous service delivery
Proficient in operational management tools
