What You’ll Be Doing
Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites
Manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps
Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day
Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently
Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly
Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage
Support operations and improve workflow processes
Requirements
Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systems
SiteDocs experience is an asset
Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions
Work Environment
Rapid paced and high-volume operations
Based out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guarantee
Must be adaptable with shifts, including evenings and weekends
$50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
