Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender & Server to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and providing recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.




Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting 3 years.
Wine knowledge is a must
Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food service industry.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
