Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities, play, and supervision
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote a supportive atmosphere
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
Participate in classroom routines such as snack time, outdoor play, nap times, and transitions
Use computer skills to document observations, update records,
and communicate with team members as needed
Requirements
Fluency in English.
Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development best practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is advantageous
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues
Classroom experience demonstrating organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed
Excellent time management skills to support daily routines and activities
