As a critical member of the Automation - Foundations team, you'll lead the transition of Vanta’s data platform to a schema-aware architecture. You will ensure that customer integrations remain intact throughout the migration process while addressing complex data challenges.
Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead the migration to a Postgres-backed solution - Create architecture for reliable data processing and ingestion - Enhance Query API functionality for external use - Diagnose production issues in real-time data scenarios - Provide mentorship to elevate engineering practices
Requirements: - Proven track record in data architecture migrations - Proficient in Kafka and queuing systems - Solid experience in distributed data systems - Familiar with AWS, TypeScript, and Node.Js - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
