Full-Cycle Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience and strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process payroll and related remittances
Prepare and file GST/HST and other government remittances
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
Work with external accountants as required

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Experience with payroll processing and reconciliations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Robust organizational and time management skills




Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must have a drivers licence and car, as we are not located on a bus route

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food production environments is an asset
Bookkeeping or accounting certification considered an asset
