We are hiring a Midnight Dispatcher for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Brampton, ON within a high-volume transportation and distribution environment. The Transportation Dispatch Team plays a key role in coordinating daily freight movement, supporting drivers, communicating with carriers and distribution teams, and ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers and equipment to meet daily transportation and delivery requirements.
Monitor routes, shipment status, delivery timelines, and route performance to identify and resolve issues quickly.




Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, distribution centres, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
Update dispatch software and transportation management systems with accurate load, route, and driver information.
Troubleshoot delays, equipment concerns, service exceptions, and operational issues to minimize delivery impacts.
Support safety, regulatory, and company policy compliance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Location: Brampton, ON.
Overnight schedule options:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Training will be completed on the day shift for approximately 2 to 3 weeks before moving to the assigned overnight shift.
