Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen setting
Solid knowledge of food safety and handling practices
Ability to efficiently prepare meals and manage food service tasks
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Certification in food safety is a plus
Prepare and cook food items in a timely manner, as per Rocky View Brewing Company standards, to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently.




Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures are followed.
Follow all required checklists and cleaning schedules during your shift.
Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food preparation and service.
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Taproom.
Other duties as required.
