About the Opportunity
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is hiring experienced Licensed Trailer Technicians for one of our leading clients in Winnipeg.
We are looking for skilled technicians who have experience repairing and maintaining commercial trailers and are comfortable working in a mobile or shop environment.
Company trucks will be picked up and returned. Company trucks cannot be taken home.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trailers.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and related trailer issues.
Perform repairs in a mobile and/or shop environment.
Respond to service and repair requirements.
Use the DriveOn program for maintenance and repair-related tasks.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
Technician Certification.
Experience working as a Mobile Technician or In-Shop Technician.
Previous trailer repair and maintenance experience.
Familiarity with the DriveOn program.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $47/hour + premium, depending on experience.
Competitive compensation - salary expectations are negotiable for the right candidate.
Sign-on bonus available.

Up to $500 annual tool allowance after 6 months.
$300 annual boot allowance after 3 months.
