Overview

Join our team as a Millwright or Millwright Apprentice, helping maintain and improve industrial equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. You’ll build skills in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and troubleshooting, supported by paid training and mentorship.

Duties
Install, align, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems
Read schematics, manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
Use tools such as welders, grinders, and mechanical hand tools
Work with electrical technicians on PLCs and low‑voltage controls
Assist with HVAC, boilers, and building systems to support safe operations

Skills
Solid mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams




Understanding of PLCs and automation troubleshooting
Experience with CMMS software (an asset)
Welding and boiler system knowledge (an asset)
Basic HVAC and low‑voltage electrical skills
Good problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service mindset

Pay: $24.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 60.0 per week
