Tiltop Roofers Inc. is hiring Field Appointment Setters to work in residential neighbourhoods throughout Mississauga and the GTA.

This is an appointment-setting role — you are not responsible for inspections or closing sales.

Your job is to speak with homeowners, identify homes with visible roof damage, and book qualified homeowners for a free roof inspection. Our Field Sales Representatives then attend the appointment, perform the inspection, present their findings, and handle the sales process.

Most assigned neighbourhoods are areas where Tiltop has already completed work for homeowners on the same street or nearby, giving you local customers and completed projects to reference when speaking with neighbours.

Responsibilities
Canvass assigned residential neighbourhoods
Speak with homeowners and offer free roof inspections where potential damage is identified
Book qualified appointments for our sales team
Leave company marketing materials with homeowners
Log properties, leads, and appointments in SalesRabbit, our door-to-door field app
Represent Tiltop professionally in the neighbourhood

Schedule
Approximately 10–15 hours per week
3-hour weekday evening shifts, generally between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekend shifts up to 4 hours, generally between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM




Typically 3–4 shifts per week
Evening and weekend availability is required

These hours are scheduled when homeowners are most likely to be available.

Compensation

Hourly pay + commission

Earn an hourly rate for scheduled field shifts, plus additional commission for qualified opportunities that result in sales.

Confident and comfortable approaching homeowners
Robust communication and people skills
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
Smartphone with mobile data
Previous sales, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience is an asset, but not required

Training, assigned neighbourhoods, marketing materials, and company systems are provided.
