Required Qualifications:





High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Certificate from a recognized training program. One year recent related experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting. Experience working with Connect Care in an ambulatory setting. Robust communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to meet varying needs. Proficient computer skills. Positive organizational and conflict resolution skills required. Excellent time management skills. Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting that provides care to seniors with mental health and addictions diagnosis.
