Duties
Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently using dental practice management software (Abeldent).
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with precision, maintaining an organized calendar.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately to the appropriate team members.
Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history using electronic medical records systems.
Manage patient payments, process insurance claims, and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Support the dental team by preparing necessary paperwork, updating medical terminology records, and assisting with office operations as needed.
