Manager, Programmatic & Yield

About Cieslok:

CIESLOK is a premium out-of-home advertising company operating iconic digital and static inventory across Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Edmonton, including Yonge-Dundas Square, Union Station, and The Well. We're building a programmatic function from the ground up, and this role leads it.

The Role:

You'll own how CIESLOK sells its inventory programmatically across two very different products: irreplaceable landmark locations that should never be discounted, and highway boards that compete head-to-head with other major OOH operators on the same corridors. You'll set and defend floor pricing, manage our SSP relationships, decide which inventory goes to which deal type, and build the agency relationships that make this function work.

What You Will do:

- Audit and own our SSP relationships (Broadsign, Hivestack, Vistar) and set floor pricing by asset tier.
- Build agile, daypart- and corridor-specific pricing models for highway inventory across the GTA and Greater Montreal.
- Decide deal-type allocation across direct, PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and open exchange.
- Build direct relationships with programmatic specialists at major agency holding companies.




- Partner with the direct sales team so programmatic is sold as part of a blended package, not handed off to a separate desk.
- Ensure Quebec French-language display requirements are built into the trafficking workflow for Montreal-market inventory.

What you Will Bring:

- 5+ years in programmatic or yield management; OOH/DOOH experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SSP platforms and PMP deal structuring.
- A track record of holding pricing discipline under commercial pressure.
- Comfort working directly with agency holding-company programmatic teams.

Compensation and other information:

The expected compensation for this position is $115,000–$145,000 CAD per year, plus an annual performance bonus targeted at 12–15% of base salary. Final compensation depends on experience.
