Padre’s Grill House is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone with previous line-cook and pizza-making experience. However, we are also willing to train the right person who has some kitchen experience, a valuable attitude, and is eager to learn.

The ideal candidate should have experience with or be willing to learn the following kitchen stations:
Pizza station
Fryer
Flattop
Charbroiler
General food preparation and kitchen duties

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas from start to finish
Prepare and cook other menu items
Work efficiently across different kitchen stations
Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
Complete food preparation and stocking
Keep workstations clean and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
Work as part of a team during busy service periods

Requirements




Previous line-cook experience is preferred
Pizza-making experience is preferred
Experience with fryer, flattop, and charbroiler is an asset
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Evening and weekend availability is preferred

Training will be provided to the right candidate who has limited experience but demonstrates a solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
