Director of Finance - Brampton - $170 to 185K base + Bonus + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support strategic planning, operational performance reviews, and leadership decision-making.
Lead, coach, and develop finance team members while supporting workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee growth.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting obligations, regulatory requirements, lender agreements, and other statutory filing requirements.
Coordinate year-end financial review activities and act as the primary liaison for external auditors and advisors.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes, internal controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial statements and management reports.
Manage the organization's accounting operations, ensuring established procedures and controls are maintained and enhanced where appropriate.
Maintain safeguards and oversight of organizational resources, including financial records, receivables, inventory, cash, equipment,



and other business assets.
Ensure the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions across the organization.

Qualifications
Skilled accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).
Significant accounting and finance experience, including people leadership.
Strong financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering capabilities.
Experience working in a complex operational setting.
Advanced systems proficiency and strong analytical skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead teams, and drive results.

Pay: $170,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
