Job Summary

Ridgeback Basement Systems is growing and looking to hire full time Construction Workers to join our team.

Position Details
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends 7am is start time
Must be comfortable working year-round with no seasonal layoffs

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Ability to lift heavy brutes of concrete, mix concrete, jackhammer concrete.
Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools, materials, and supplies as needed
Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment

Experience
Previous experience in general labour, construction, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on job sites
Reliable transportation to and from work sites is an asset
