Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demos and provide makeup application tips when applicable
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems
Upsell products and suggest additional items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked
Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering inquiries and directing customers appropriately
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
Assist with inventory management and product replenishment




Support promotional activities and participate in product demonstrations to increase sales
Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., English plus additional languages) are highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, and makeup application is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Front desk experience is advantageous but not required
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
