Escort guests to their tables promptly, ensuring smooth seating arrangements during busy hours.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times, menu items, or special events. Will also take delivery and pickup orders over the phone.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming setting.
Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
