Overview
We are seeking a energetic and motivated Security District Manager to lead our security operations across multiple locations within a designated district. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders to oversee security teams, drive process improvements, and ensure the safety and security of our clients’ assets. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise multiple security teams across various sites within the district, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations
Develop and implement strategic security plans tailored to each location’s unique needs
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities for service expansion and strengthening client relationships
Oversee project management initiatives related to security system upgrades, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to maintain high safety standards and compliance with regulations
Provide leadership in crisis management situations, coordinating responses with emergency responders when necessary




Foster a team-oriented environment through coaching, training, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals

Skills
Proven experience in sales and business development within the security or related industry
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels
Expertise in process improvement methodologies to optimize security operations
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
Knowledge of security protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
