Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Area Sales Representative to drive our Fresh Produce and Ethnic Groceries business growth across Western Canada. In this pivotal role, you will actively engage with potential clients, develop strategic relationships, and expand our market presence. Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
Visit existing and potential customers regularly.
Generate recent leads and expand the customer base.
Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, or key accounts.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
Collect customer feedback and resolve issues.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Manage sales expenses and territory activities.
Support promotional and marketing activities.

Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, distribution, or a related industry.




Sales Skills: Solid knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business development.
Language: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: Ability to negotiate with customers, distributors, and retailers.
Target Achievement: Ability to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Market Knowledge: Understanding of local market conditions, competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Reporting: Comfortable preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining customer records.
Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Technology: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, email, and sales reporting tools.
Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, energetic, organized, problem-solving, and able to work independently.

Pay: $39,733.90-$45,000.00 per year
