Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our agile team in a very fast-paced breakfast restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with food and beverage service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance the dining experience.
Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
Assist in food preparation and ensure all food is presented according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and work areas to comply with health regulations.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and drinks.




Support other team members as needed during busy shifts to maintain smooth operations.
Breakfast industry experience is highly recommended.

Skills
Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive experiences for patrons.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar workplace is preferred but not required.
