ANDRITZ is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support our Fabrics & Rolls business. This permanent role focuses on building relationships within Quebec's paper mills, identifying optimization opportunities, and offering tailored solutions. You will engage in hands-on audits and follow customer needs to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and foster relationships with paper mill customers • Conduct audits and service calls for paper machines • Analyze machine performance and suggest improvements • Support troubleshooting and performance initiatives • Prepare skilled reports and maintain records
Requirements: • Engineering or Business degree or equivalent experience • Hands-on knowledge in paper mills and maintenance • Strong understanding of machine optimization techniques • Proven communication skills at all mill levels • Ability to travel within assigned territories
