ResponsibilitiesOperation and financial oversight of Plumbing & Heating departmentOversee all Journeypersons, apprentices and office staff, including scheduling, job assignments and onsite supervisionEnsure all administrative work is complete in a timely and accurate manner. These duties include job tracking, purchase orders, warranty claims, billing, etc.Responsible for Inventory and fleet managementResponsible to support business growth by cultivating existing customers and developing recent business opportunities within the Plumbing & Heating departmentMaintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standardsOther duties as assignedRequirementsJourneyperson ticket in either plumbing, electrical, sheet metal or refrigeration tech requiredExtensive experience and knowledge in plumbing and heating operations,
