Programmatic SpecialistTemporary Programmatic Specialist position in Toronto, ON. Full‑time hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.ResponsibilitiesExecutes on large media campaigns and programs for various clients; exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns, etc.Manages the execution and optimization of the campaigns.Traffics campaign tags into programmatic platforms.Runs the QA process for the campaign ensuring accurate implementation and pacing.Develops performance reports to be presented to clients and participates in presentations as requested.Creates monthly audit reports internally, helping to actualize bill/payment systems.Performs other duties and participates in special projects as required.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of digital marketing experience combined with hands‑on experience with Google or DV360.Strong technical and computer skills,
including MS Office.Confidence in traditional and interactive media planning elements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Superior organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize recent tasks as required.Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using research and analytical skills.Well‑honed project management and planning skills.Willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.CompensationHourly pay of $30/hr plus 4% vacation pay.About the Role6‑month temporary contract with potential extension.
