With services across Canada, and over 1500 employees, we’re committed to consistently delivering exceptional quality work.About the RoleCCS, aBlack and McDonaldcompany, is currently seeking aRegional Managerto support our growing operations team in the GTA.The expected salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year.The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications.Merit based bonus payComprehensive workplace benefit planCompany vehicleJob DutiesManage a team of area and site managers responsible for the delivery of protected, quality, outcomes-based cleaning programs at multiple client facilities in the GTADevelop and implement site-specific operational plans in accordance with the scope of work and established service levels and budgetEnsure adequate staffing levels and resource allocation to meet contractual requirements and operational demandsCoordinate and oversee periodic cleaning programs, including floor care, carpet cleaning, high dusting, window cleaning, and other scheduled project workEnsure that each client receives exceptional customer service by anticipating potential needs and responding to complaints or issuesInvestigate and resolve client complaints promptly while ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentationEnsure all services are delivered in accordance with company and industry policies, standards and certificationsSubmit and track facility maintenance and repair work orders, ensuring timely completion and communication with clients and finance departmentConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards,



client requirements, health and safety regulations, and applicable collective agreementsPrepare reports for clients to demonstrate consistent quality services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements and KPIsProvide coaching, guidance, and performance management support to managers and employeesResolve complex employee relations issues, including workplace conflicts, attendance concerns, performance matters, and disciplinary situations in consultation with Human ResourcesSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee development initiativesPromote employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company valuesOther duties as requiredPosition Requirements5-7 years’ experience in the facility services industry in a leadership roleExperience managing multiple clients in different sectorsPost secondary education in business or a related fieldStrong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machineryCommitment to continuous improvement and developmentExcellent planning and organizational skillsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high performing teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft 365 and technology skillsSecurity Clearance(s)Valid G-Class Driver’s LicenseOur Commitment to InclusionCommercial Cleaning Services recognizes that strength as an organization comes from inclusion and diversity.
